I highly recommend Toronto Roofing Industries. My first experience was their quick response to a request in the fall to address a leak in my existing roof. The repair was completed quickly and successfully got me through the winter.
In the spring I asked them to provide a proposal to replace my roof. They inspected the roof, asked informed questions, made excellent recommendations and provided a thorough proposal and a very competitive price.
The work team arrived when scheduled and completed the work in two days. The workers were courteous and thoughtful, respected my and my neighbour’s property and cleaned up meticulously at the end of each day. Remarkably I didn’t find shingle pieces on the ground and not a single stray roofing nail.
The roof looks great – carefully finished edges and clean seams and transitions.
From the first call with Tim to his final inspection the experience was efficient and pleasant.
