Toronto Roofing did a great job on our recent project.
Especially important aside from the work being professionally completed and on budget (with no surprises), the clean-up was so thorough had I not seen the crew arrive, there was no evidence of them ever being there, except a new roof, of course.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how much I appreciated the excellent job that was performed on my roof. From the moment I contacted you until completion of the job, I felt assured that I was in good hands. I found the presentation folder with the information package and DVD to be extremely helpful. The presentation folder answered any questions I had, and it was reassuring to me because my knowledge of roofing was rather vague and not at all up to date. The estimate was very fair and I was most pleased.
The work crew was courteous and pleasant, and worked diligently and most effectively to complete the task quickly. My neighbours commented on their professionalism and the neatness of the site. The crew was definitely a credit to your company and I have already given your name to several people who witnessed the job.
Although I am very pleased with this job, I do have a couple of suggestions/considerations that might help future clients. First, has to do with the Express Vu TV Satellite dish. Because your workers had to remove the dish, it might be a consideration to check that it is working upon completion of the job. I had to call Bell for a service call because the TV would not function. Secondly, the location of the garbage bin could have been discussed prior to its arrival. As it was, I quickly moved my car, but had no where to park it at night. I realize this particular job was done according to when the weather was agreeable, but under ordinary circumstances, it would be a consideration for the homeowner to arrange alternate parking accommodations.
My considerations are small and seem rather petty beside the wonderful job you did. I only mention them because you seem like a company that is trying to provide the very best. I am more than pleased with the job, and I thank you for coming to my rescue before the rainy spring season was upon us. Thank you and your crew for a job well done.

Thank you for a job well done – from beginning to end you and your team at TRI were efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with.
You were on-site within a few hours of my call and your quote was detailed, professional and competitive. Considering the top-grade materials which I requested your quote was the best value. I had received both higher quotes and lower quotes. However, the companies with the lower quotes were not using the top quality GAF materials that I had specified. The reasons for specifying all materials from the same reputable company, GAF, were both the quality of the materials and the value of the GAF warranty.
I have already recommended TRI to a neighbour and should another opportunity arise, will do so again.

Thank you for having your men do such a terrific job on our back porch roof and sunroom.
“Lake” did a wonderful and meticulous aluminum siding job on the back sunroom. I was very impressed with his conscientous attitude to his work. He always cleaned up his work site everyday before he left for home. Also, he worked long hours and even in the rain, by draping an awning around the sunroom to finish the job on time.
If we need work done on our roof or need to put up new siding, we will not hesitate to call you again as we know you and your men are the best.

Thank you for the quick response to our call. Our roof was leaking and your team completed an assessment and estimate quickly and got to the job within another week. The work was very well done and other than seeing our beautiful new roof there was hardly any evidence that your team had been on-site – well done!
We have one suggestion for your crew. We found several – upwards of a dozen – roofing rails in our interlock driveway over the course of the following few days. They are hard to see between the cracks! The suggestion is for your crews to carry a magnetic wand to sweep the driveway for remaining nails. Assuming that they would be picked up by a magnet it might help to retrieve them from the cracks between interlocked brickes.Thanks again for a great job well done.
