From the time of our estimate from Russ, to dealing with Steve and Carole at the office, and then with Tom and his crew – everyone was courteous, professional, and good at their jobs.
All communications were clear and direct. My questions and concerns were addressed, undertakings that were made were kept, and the work was done at the agreed upon cost and within the time-frames proposed.
Tom and the crew worked particularly hard to finish the take before an impending rain storm, and at the same time did a good job in the clean-up of both my property and the properties of the neighbours.
Everyone was a pleasure to deal with, both in person and over the phone. And we are very satisfied with the result.
