Seamlessly my roof was replaced

I appreciate how seamlessly my roof was replaced.  Tim, you are a very approachable, pleasant and honest professional.  Your crew were respectful and  conscious about protecting my neighbours as well as my property.   The staff cleaned up quickly and left the property without a mess.  In addition, the roof looks great and I am no longer worried about it.
Furthermore, you and Carole have been very responsive to my questions and queries, which I feel is important as it reflects on your professionalism and attention to ensuring your clients’ satisfaction.  There were no surprises and things ran smoothly.   Thank you so much!

Workers were very professional

I want to say that I was very pleased with the roofing job. The workers were very professional and exceptionally hard working. My experience with your company has been very positive from Russ, the salesperson who was very patient and answered all my questions, to the samples and information provided, the bin delivery, and of course the workers like Mike and Walter etc. The clean-up was excellent as was the speed with which the roofs were done.

The roofing job was done in one day.
The men worked almost 11 hours with one short break for lunch,

They protected our flowers and protected our custom concrete driveway
when the garbage bin was delivered

They did an excellent clean up afterwards
They were friendly and polite.

In the next few days we got lots of neighbor feedback
saying they really liked our new roof.

When we engaged you to do this for us it is because we trust you and your company.  Having done a previous job for us at our own home, my husband had no reservations about engaging your company to do our Investment property work.

This in itself is a major kudo to Toronto Roofing.  Henry Cwang does not trust too many people or companies and if he said, “call those guys”, well then, it is a huge vote.
