Your crew arrived early on Saturday morning as promised, and worked hard all day long, right until after dark.

As it was dark when they packed up for the day, (it was well after 5pm) they asked if I would mind if they left the clean-up until Monday morning. I agreed and they made a plank path for us to get over the rubbish.

On Monday they arrived and cleaned up all the mess, including what would have been a couple of garden refuse bags worth of leaves I was anticipating doing myself!

There was one patch on the rear roof that I was bit concerned about, and I planned to call you on Tuesday morning to draw your attention to it. No need! At about 9am that morning two lads turned up and fixed the patch and finished some other work on the ridges. Apparently the original crew had run out of long nails needed to finish the job.

Throughout the job all the people at Toronto Roofing, including the crew and the office staff were very polite and friendly.

Thank you again. I will certainly be recommending TRI to my friends.

On some of this winter’s coldest days, Toronto Roofing Industries installed a new roof and eavestroughs.

You have a hard-working crew; each one very personable and able to answer any questions or concerns.

From morning to night, they worked away (not even sure they took breaks) high up on the pitched angles of our Victorian-style roof.

Your eavestrough contractors in particular were tremendous, fast and very professional.

Overall we were very satisfied with the service of Toronto Roofing.

After a very bad summer storm we discovered we had a leak in the roof. Obviously many people discovered the same thing and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone at a roofing company we had previously used. After asking around to friends we were recommended to call Toronto Roofing. We got a call back immediately and an estimator / advisor came out very promptly. Following that estimator conversation a work request / appointment was set up.

The work was done within a few days of our initial phone call. Clearly Toronto Roofing was being floored with calls for work so we very much appreciated how effective the company was at meeting the demand. Since that time (+ many bouts of bad weather) we haven’t had any other issues with our roof.
