Just got home to my new roof. Gotta say, you guys sure know how to impress. Not only did you do an outstanding job on the roof, but my property is literally cleaner than before you came. My tenant also remarked on how they cleaned up down the basement stairs to her apartment. If I was running a roofing company this is just how I’d do it too. Please be sure to thank your guys for me. They worked their asses off in this heat and I truly appreciate it.

Our 3 year project to replace all the mansard roofs in our 100 unit townhouse corporation has now been successfully completed.

Each year was handled professionally with little or no inconvenience to our unit owners. Safe to say the roofers worked well and interacted with management on a daily basis to insure a safe and on time conclusion to their assigned tasks.

Although there were some concerns that some projects would not be completed as winter was almost upon us, your men worked on weekends and as late each day as daylight would permit and all was completed as you had promised.

The four projects, namely, replacing the mansard shingles and aluminium siding on the vertical gables on the 1st phase of our 3 year replacement program.

The repairs and re-routing of some our damaged and out of service eavestroughs and downspouts went exceptionally well, as did the cleaning of all the eaves on our multi-unit townhouse complex.

Just a short note to thank you for the quick and excellent job Toronto Roofing Industries did on our house at 95 MacLean Avenue.

When we initially contacted we had a roof in very bad shape and needed it to be replaced within two weeks before placing the house up for sale. A very tight time frame to request a roof to be done! Then on top of that there were challenges due to having a hydro wire covered by another company.

Your company was very effective in consulting with hydro and was able to complete the roof within a couple of weeks. Amazing!

We were very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use your company again or to recommend you to others.

Dear Mr. Mulroy,

The job was completed in a professional and efficient manner. The crew arrived on time as promised and completed the work in a short time. The disposal bin was removed from my driveway the day after the job was completed. This was especially important to me since I have mobility problems.

The documentation required for me to submit a claim to the shingle manufacturer arrived only a few days after the shingle installation, thus speeding up the warranty claim.

Overall, it has been a pleasure to do a business with you and your company.
