We are very impressed with the service/follow-up we received from your company and with Jason, in particular.

Last summer, TRI was contacted to diagnose and repair water damage, and an adjacent property.  Two weeks ago, while my brother was in the home doing minor repairs, he noticed the drywall in the corner ceiling of a second floor bedroom, so we contacted TRI to come in to talk a look.  Jason was assigned to the task, and promptly fixed the problem.  He was thoroughly professional and responsive.  Although he wasn’t involved in the “original” job, he took the time to pull up the previous contract and familiarize himself with the details.
