On behalf of The Board of Directors of YCC #327, I would like to thank you and your employees for the various tasks that were completed on our behalf this past summer.
Although there were some concerns that some projects would not be completed as winter was almost upon us, your men worked on weekends and as late each day as daylight would permit and all was completed as you had promised.
The four projects, namely, replacing the mansard shingles and aluminium siding on the vertical gables on the 1st phase of our 3 year replacement program.
The repairs and re-routing of some our damaged and out of service eavestroughs and downspouts went exceptionally well, as did the cleaning of all the eaves on our multi-unit townhouse complex.
We wish you and your employees all the very best for the holiday season and a prosperous 2009.
