Thanks to Toronto Roofing Industries

I first called you on May 22, 2025  in the morning right after my awful experience for 5 hours with  an alarm set off by water leakage into a Telus  security box in the basement below. The roof was leaking in the living room ceiling and sending water to the basement wall below where the security box and electrical box were located.
The electrical box in the basement for the  house had already gotten wet and it was still raining and leaking onto it.
I was desperate for your company to send someone to come over that morning and repair it.  You were very reassuring and soon Walter arrived. He climbed onto the slanted roof in the heavy rain and took photos.  He said he couldn’t completely repair it because of the rain but he did manage to temporarily cover the largest openings.  It did rain heavily again 2 days later but no more water got through. I got up on a ladder and felt the ceiling  and wall which were now dry.
On Wednesday May 28 I was not home but someone else, I don’t have their name, did come and fix the roof permanently as well as inspected the entire roof.
I was sent the photos.  I really appreciated this.
I had been very scared about having an electrical box, wet inside, which would be dangerous but thanks to Toronto Roofing Industries, this was avoided.
