We decided to go with TRI because we had some good feedback locally on your company (including the Beaches Facebook page) and I liked the fact you specialize and are based in the area. You were recommended to us by a number of people. Secondly – Mike Walker, the estimator, was very professional and – to be honest – blew the other estimators our of the water. He spent time on the estimate and we were impressed with him.
In terms of work – I was impressed with both the roofers and the guys doing the eavestroughs. Both groups were friendly and courteous when asked question. I also thought they made a good effort in terms of clearing up the mess created from the work. They worked hard and delivered really well.
