Hard work, attention to detail, worry-free job

Thursday, December 4, 2012

Dear Tim,

It is with pleasure that I will write this note. Your worker showed up EXACTLY ON TIME, and boy, was he a worker. The thing that struck me, Tim, was the way he was paying attention to details. I remember he was cutting some aluminum to fit around the chimney. It didn’t fit exactly. While it looked fine to me, he redid it. He wanted a snug fit. As you know, Tim, I am an artist and I really appreciate details. Since I’ve been in this house for a long time, I had the shingles done before, and when they were finished, I had to pick up so many nails. Not with you guys, however. I couldn’t find one nail because your worker used a magnetic tool that picked up all the nails…what a worry-free job. Everything was cleaned up, there was not a piece of shingle on the ground.

I would say it’s pretty difficult to find quality work these days. You people were the best and I’m not just saying that. I am not in the habit of overinflating words.

Thanks again, Tim, for a job well done. The price was right too, as I had a few estimates before using you.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
