Thank you for a job well done.  Two jobs in fact.  Both the replacement of the roof shingles and the subsequent replacement of the eavestroughs were carried entirely to my satisfaction.  Toronto Roofing Industries responded quickly to the request for quotations and agreed to meet my deadlines for getting the work done, even when the weather threatened delays.  The quotes were detailed and informative, and came with good advice.

For both installations, the team turned up first thing in the morning, stayed until everything was completed and then tidied up nicely.  They kept me informed of progress and were helpful and polite throughout the day.  They were skilled people and wasted no time.  The result is attractive and well-finished, and I am reassured by TRI’s warranties for labour and materials.  The feeling of quality will remain long after the price is forgotten.  I would recommend TRI to anyone considering re-roofing and new eavestrough, and you are welcome to pass this on to prospective customers.  Thank you.
