Great Experience
We had a great experience with dealing with your company. From the estimate to advising when the work would be done was good. Although I couldn’t see the end result of the roof work, I did see all the work that went into the side and back of my home. The effort that went into removing all the metal grates that covered areas that squirrels got into, and filling that with wood and the covering with metal to give it a professional finished look was greatly appreciated.

Furthermore as you had re-roofed the house back in 2015, you immediately confirmed that any issue would be covered under warranty. When we decided to rebuild the chimney and rectify original roof design issues, you provided a one-stop solution coordinating your roofing trades with the plumber and mason. This made my life very simple and straightforward. All of the people involved in the job were courteous, kept the site very clean and were very efficient. Tim, your direct and responsive communication was particularly appreciated. It was a great experience with a company that clearly is proud of what they do, stands behind their work and very customer service focused. I would highly recommend you and your team anytime.

My experience with your team from getting me the quote, consultation and the work that was done by both the Roofers and Eaves team was excellent and very professional. They were all courteous and respectful.
Steve did an amazing job co-ordinating the work, keeping me posted and providing a prompt response to my questions. I commend him highly.

We were very happy with the work. The workers were polite, wore masks. The job was started and completed as per the contract.
The site was left immaculately clean – haven’t found any debris.
The only mild concern was on the arrival on the first day, they asked for an electrical outlet but did not have an extension cord. Because of the pandemic, we were reluctant to lend them our cords and feel that they should have come prepared. They were able to do the work using a gas powered tool instead.
The payment was easy to make and not due until all the work was completed.
Overall we were very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend your company to our friends and neighbours.

I heard from my neighbours about how careful your guys were on the job, and I didn’t find a single nail around the property. I have a contractor working on the inside of the house, and when he saw the job you did and heard what you charged, he was amazed. Don’t be surprised if he contacts you about doing work for him!
